Terms and Conditions

1. Contract and Booking

1.1 Contract Formation: Your contract is with Flyover Holidays ("the Company"). A binding contract comes into existence once we confirm your tour and receive your signed booking form along with the required deposits. The booking form must be fully and correctly completed and signed, indicating acceptance of our terms and conditions by you and all persons listed on the booking.

1.2 Booking Confirmation: Upon receipt of the signed booking form and deposit, we will send you a confirmation. It is your responsibility to check the details of your booking confirmation and inform us immediately of any discrepancies.

2. Payments

2.1 Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total tour cost per person is required upon completion of the signed booking form. This deposit secures your booking on a confirmed basis.

2.2 Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before your departure date. We reserve the right to determine the advance payment amount based on the nature of services and the time remaining until the commencement of services. For certain services, such as special train journeys or hotel/resort bookings during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year), full payment may be required in advance.

2.3 Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other method agreed upon by the Company. All payments must be received in cleared funds by the due dates specified.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your booking, you must inform us in writing as soon as possible. The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive your written notification. The cancellation policy strictly depends on the specific resort or service provider's policy, which will be communicated to you via email before booking confirmation.

3.2 Cancellation Charges: Cancellation charges vary depending on the timing of the cancellation and the policies of the service providers. Specific cancellation terms will be detailed in the email communication you receive prior to booking confirmation.

3.3 Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the service provider's policies. Any applicable service or administrative fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.

4. Changes by You

4.1 Amendments: If you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking, you must inform us in writing. While we will do our best to accommodate your requests, we cannot guarantee that any changes will be possible. Any additional costs incurred as a result of changes will be your responsibility.

5. Changes or Cancellations by the Company

5.1 Changes by the Company: While the Company strives to provide all services as booked, we reserve the right to make changes for operational reasons. If significant changes are necessary, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you alternative arrangements or a refund.

5.2 Cancellation by the Company: In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your booking. If this happens, we will offer you an alternative arrangement or a full refund. We will not be liable for any additional costs or compensation beyond the tour price.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Company Liability: Our liability is limited to providing the services as confirmed in your booking. We are not responsible for any additional costs or losses incurred as a result of changes or cancellations beyond our control.

6.2 Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any potential risks, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

7. Special Requirements

7.1 Dietary and Medical Requirements: Please inform us of any special dietary or medical requirements at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be met.

8. Governing Law

8.1 Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is based. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or your booking will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

9. Acceptance of Terms

9.1 Agreement to Terms: By signing the booking form and completing your deposit payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions on behalf of all persons named on the booking form.
