Terms & Conditions

• Above is only a quote, no rooms blocked yet. Rooms & rates are subject to availability.
• The above quote is based on all passengers traveling at the same time. Should the number of passengers reduce or increase, prices must be revised.
• Any change in rates due to currency fluctuations, local taxes & levies, etc. will be informed & billed to you.
• Normal check-in time is from 14.00 hrs. & check-out time is at 12.00 hrs. (Timing may vary as per individual hotel policies).
• In case of a group traveling with more luggage, additional charges for the luggage van would apply.
• It is important to note that group payments must be pre-paid at least 07 days before departure. The amount of the non-refundable deposit will be informed to you and must be paid at the time of confirmation of the group.

Booking Process

• First, our reservations will send you a final confirmation email with the complete package details.
• For confirming the package, please send us your passport copies (of both persons traveling) & PAN card copy (of 01 person) as a reply to the final confirmation email sent by the reservations. Also, mention your traveling date in the email.
• After the details are received from your end, our reservations will book the complete package in your name.
• After the official confirmation from the hotel, our reservations will share the booking confirmation email, which includes the complete package details, the booking confirmation codes & the payment details.
• Once the confirmation is received, a token advance of 10% of the package cost is required.
• 100% payment must be cleared before the payment cut-off date provided by the reservations. (Before making payment, you can also cross-check your bookings directly at hotels)
