Booking process: –
• For confirming the package please send us a confirmation mail with your Passport copy.
• After that we will block the rooms in all Resorts in your name.
• After the official confirmation from hotel, our reservations will share your hotel confirmation vouchers and abroad contact details.
• For reconfirmation you should pay 100% of total package cost as advance (Before making payment you can also cross check your bookings directly at hotels).
• Any meals other than those mentioned above.
• Any Airfare/Transport charges rather than mentioned in the inclusions.
• Any portage at airports and hotels, tips, insurance, wine, mineral water, telephone charges, and all items personal nature.
• Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
• Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, road blocks and vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
• Child above mentioned Age limit/Max permitted no: will be charged extra.
• 5% TCS of the total package is collected from the guest .It will be refunded from the government while filing IT return.
• Covid PCR Test rates are different for resorts ,it will be paid by the guest on the resort according to the option they choose.
